Shell Oman Senior Management Team
14 Feb 2012 - 16 Feb 2012

Shell Oman is one of the founding partners of Outward Bound Oman. The short course we are running for eight of the senior management team is designed to provide the platform for an already high performing team to further develop in a less formal environment, away from the distraction of mobile phones. By experiencing an Outward Bound course first hand, it will also give the Shell Oman team an insight into how their CSR funds are being utilised by Outward Bound Oman.

Omani Government School course

Our first government school courses of 2012, funded by Oman LNG, sees 36 young people from two schools from Sharqiya region visit the dunes at Al Abyadh for a three day course. The course is designed to give them exposure to the skills and values sought by leading employers in Oman, such as LNG, and to enhance their awareness of self, and of the environment.
